Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Magic Mail (Subscription Product)

Magic Mail is a mail-based subscription product and is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Subscription products (including Magic Mail)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect
